BUFFALO, NY ― Amber Quinney ’17 is the recipient of the Collegiate Sales and Marketing Award by the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives (BNSME). Quinney was honored at the BNSME Sales and Marketing Awards Gala Dinner on Monday, March 6 in front of more than 300 executives from across Western New York. As part of the award, Quinney also received a $500 scholarship. Quinney is a senior marketing major at Canisius.
The scholarship recognizes the next leaders within the sales and marketing industry. Recipients exemplify sales and marketing experience and performance, are involved and contribute towards a professional trade organization or a community/civic organization.
Each year the BNSME honors a prominent industry leader from Western New York as the Executive of the Year. This year’s recipient is Jeremy Jacobs HON ’82, chairman of the Delaware North Companies.
Canisius is one of 28 Jesuit universities in the nation and the premier private university in Western New York.
