Sport Pedagogy
Coaches and physical-education teachers play an important role in promoting physical activity, health and wellness, and nutrition. When individuals learn to play a sport, they gain valuable life skills like teamwork and healthy competition. When they learn how to take care of themselves through physical activity, they also strengthen their mental and emotional wellbeing.
