BUFFALO, NY – Canisius University will host EdCamp Buffalo on Saturday, April 13 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and takes place at two locations on campus: Old Main and Palisano Pavilion.
EdCamp Buffalo is a grassroots movement that empowers educators to take charge of their professional development through participant-driven “unconferences.” Unlike conferences, which offer predetermined workshops, unconferences enable the participants to propose the content of the workshops and lend their expertise to facilitate learning. The objective is to bring flexible, professional learning to educators.
EdCamp Buffalo is open to educators throughout Western New York and Southern Ontario.
