LTC Baddley leads the Golden Griffin Battalion Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program at Canisius University, uniting students and cadets across several western New York universities. The Golden Griffin Battalion ROTC develops leadership skills that last a lifetime. Students gain valuable, hands-on leadership training that sets students apart from their peers in the civilian job market. Students do not have to join the Army to take ROTC courses. Because the program is an elective, students can major in any program and take basic courses at the same time without making a military commitment. Many of our students make the military commitment and find rewarding careers serving their country in various capacities all around the world as commissioned officers in the United States Army. Scholarships are available.
