This is Canisius University’s Sesquicentennial Celebration Year and in the spirit of St. Peter Canisius, we want to make Reunion Weekend 150 the most memorable one yet! We can’t plan this weekend without you! We are looking for alumni from the classes of 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020 to serve on their class reunion committees. If you want a seat at the Canisius table to help plan the weekend that celebrates you and your classmates, here’s your chance.
As a reunion committee member, you will be asked to:
1. Attend Alumni Tent Party 2020 (June 5, 2020)
2. Recruit fellow classmates to join the committee and attend reunion
3. Participate in reunion committee meetings
4. Allow the college to use your name in reunion publications
5. Support the Canisius Fund in honor of your reunion year
To kick off this year of celebration, an organizational meeting for all 2020 class reunion committees is Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the Chester HON ᾽01 & Diane Stranczek Commons in Science Hall.
