BUFFALO, NY - The Canisius University Women’s Business Center (WBC) and the Small Business Administration (SBA), Buffalo District Office, will host “Will the Government Buy What I am Selling?” on Thursday, March 29from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The course will be held at the Small Business Administration District Office, located at 130 S. Elmwood Avenue, Suite 423, in Buffalo.
Participants will receive an introduction to the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contracting Program and get tips on how to sell to the federal government. In addition, participants will learn about the New York State BidLinx Program, a web-based program that monitors thousands of bid sources on the Internet and sends email notices of opportunities tailored to match a firm’s products, services and capabilities.
