Reunion Weekend 2019 is in the history books, and it was an overwhelming success! Beautiful late spring weather welcomed more than 350 alumni and guests at Tent Party on Friday, June 7. All enjoyed a delicious dinner from a variety of alumni-owned food trucks and danced the night away to the sounds of pop-rock band The Plagiarists, including a Canisius conga line!
On Saturday, June 8, Christ the King Chapel was filled with alumni and friends who gathered to celebrate the life of Rev. Paul J. Dugan, S.J., long-time moderator of athletics. Father Dugan, affectionately known as “Doogs,” passed away on May 11. President John J. Hurley provided remarks and several alumni participated in the Memorial Mass. Daniel P. Starr, PhD ’58, HON ’18, gave a touching eulogy. Click here to enjoy a photo gallery.
