BUFFALO, NY - Girish Shambu, PhD, associate professor of management at Canisius University, recently launched a scholarly online journal on international film. Entitled "LOLA," the journal includes articles contributed from the former president of the University of Tokyo, top film scholars at Oxford University and Université Paris 3 Sorbonne , and film professors from Australia and Greece, among others. LOLA's editors are Shambu and Adrian Martin, of Monash University, Melbourne.
