President John Hurley is heading to Florida! During the second week of March, President Hurley will make his annual trip to the sunshine state to meet with alumni and friends and share exciting Canisius University developments.
- On Wednesday, March 11, alumni and friends will gather in Tampa at the 400 Beach Seafood & Tap House at 6:00 p.m. for a cocktail reception, dinner and program hosted by Deborah Leous '79, MBA '82.
- On Thursday, March 12, President Hurley will join alumni and friends in Venice at the Plantation Golf and Country Club for a cocktail reception, dinner and program including remarks from President Hurley and event host, Hon. Nelson Cosgrove '63.
- The celebrations conclude on Saturday, March 14 when President Hurley travels to Naples for a Mass, cocktail reception and dinner at the Naples Sailing & Yacht Club. The program includes remarks from President Hurley and Tim Blewett '67, chair of the event steering committee. The Mass will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will be celebrated by Rev. John J. Cecero, SJ, Provincial of the USA Northeast Province.
